We use the most modern technology from the United States, Cold Percolation. Our lead brewer has mastered ColdPerk Technology and can brew a sample brew in as little as 15 minutes. Bring us your coffee and we can have a sample for you to taste before you leave in most cases.

The story of Modern Cold Brew Coffee started back in 2013 at Julian Coffee Roasters (JCR.) Our Founder, Wes joined JCR, learned roasting and blending from Ken Julian. This was a match made in coffee paradise. They would soon launch shelf stable cold brew coffee products, win roasting and other competitions and grow.

Our Founder, Wes Kerlin, is a coffee impresario with nearly 20 years experience in specialty coffee. He has been working in the cold brew space for more than 10 years now. Wes first came to the Philippines in 1989 and it changed his life forever. He has brought the best cold brewing technology to Lipa, Batangas to change cold coffee drinks forever!
